Our leadership team

New Life Christian Centre has a number of teams that take responsibility for various areas of church life and development. Each teams leader is encouraged to develop their department vision and the potential of volunteers and users in it

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the church and consists of the Senior Minister Kevin Foster Associate Pastor Jonathan Robinson and directors Ernest Hibbert, Dane Gratrick, Lorraine Reid, Stuart Robinson, David Wareham, Asamnew Tesema and Andrew Issott.

Our Senior Minister, Kevin Foster is a graduate from AoG Bible College at Matttersey. He has held previous pastorates at Gainsborough in Lincolnshire, and Rushden in Northamptonshire. Kevin is married to Janet and they have three children, Katie, Anna and Matthew.

Jonathan Robinson is also a graduate from Mattersey. Jonathan has had previous ministry experience in working at Retford in Nottinghamshire, and Peckham in London. Jonathan is married to Allison and they have two children, Emily and Lucy.

Our Youth Minister, Ant Lee joined us in mid July 2008 and along with his wife Sarah, continue to make a big impact. Ant is a graduate from Mattersey Bible College and as well as being a youth minister, is also a great worship leader.

Trustee Ernest Hibbert, is project manager at our Community Awareness Programme. He has been part of this church all his life-he is married to Elisabeth, they have two children, Joanne and Jason.

Trustee Dane Gratrick, is a Maths teacher at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Wakefield. He is married to Claire and they have one child, Ellie.

David Wareham is our finance/administrator. David is married to Joann and they have two children, Simon and Joseph.

Stuart Robinson is a retired healthcare planning consultant, is married to Marie and they have one son, Jonathan who is our Associate Pastor. They also have two grandchildren.

Lorraine Reid is our Pre School manager, she is married to David and they have four children and two grandchildren.

Andrew Issott is married to Andrea, works for Cater Allen Private Bank (within Santander). They have two children Lucy & Stephen and two grand children Kristion & Isobel.  Andrew has been in the church all his life.  

Kevin Foster acts as chairman of our board of directors,the New Life Pre-School and our Community Awareness Programme. C.A.P. is now a separate charity from us and has its own board of trustees and management board drawn from NLCC, and other churches in the city.
